At Pleaser Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes back in their original branded box and secure them inside a durable shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box, covering any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
